Make sure you have internet access and you’re using the correct credentials.
- Challenge or stats not updating?
Pull down to refresh in the app or try closing and reopening NextRep.
- Didn’t receive invite/code?
Check your spam folder or ask the challenge owner to resend.
- App crashes or is unresponsive?
Close the app completely and relaunch. If the issue continues, email us a description of the problem.
